In December 2014 the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) issued the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities. The Code is a requirement for smaller authorities to make certain information available for local people to increase democratic accountability.
The information that we are required to publish under the Transparency Code is below. The information for each financial year will be available by 1st July at the latest. The exceptions to this are the list of councillor responsibilities and the minutes, agendas and papers of formal meetings which are published on this website on an ongoing basis.

CIL Annual Reports
The Parish Council receives a proportion (15%) of all the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts that Warwick District Council receives from developments located within the Parish. The money can only be spent on local priorities to meet the needs of the development. The Council must provide an annual report on the CIL funds received and spent:
