Police and Neighbourhood Watch Community Meeting
PC Girish Tiwary recently moved into a new role with Warwick Rural West’s Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT), based in Warwick. He and two colleagues (including Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Michelle Kimber) visited Lapworth Village Hall on Wednesday 11th June. Chris Buckle and Marty Gallagher (both Neighbourhood Watch, Lapworth) and Colin Cartwright (Neighbourhood Watch) who provided great crime prevention advice to residents and showed a range of accessories on the night.
PC Girish wanted to introduce himself to people in the area and to start to understand what the community would like from him as well as the Police.
Thank you to those who attended and it is great to see the Police through PC Tiwary and his colleagues reaching out to Lapworth and wanting to make a difference.
